About the role

Harmony is looking for a growth marketing expert to increase our online revenue, with a focus on traffic acquisition and conversion rate optimization. A professional level of French and English is required for this role. Remote freelance position, 10 to 30 hours/week.

On a day-to-day basis, here’s some of what you’ll do

  • Increase our online revenue - bring more qualified users to Harmony’s ecommerce stores with a multichannel strategy (SEO, affiliates, ads...).
  • Implement our emailing strategy - develop and execute a high-level emailing strategy (flows and weekly campaigns).
  • Maintain and optimize our tech stack - make sure our tech tools are working correctly and implement new apps that bring efficiency to our business.
  • Grow Harmony internationally - open ecommerce stores in new countries and bring more Harmony to the world.

About you

  • Startup or ecommerce experience - you have at least 5+ years in a similar role(s).
  • Analytical approach - you know how to build and analyze marketing and sales funnel reports.
  • Tech-savvy - you’re comfortable with tech tools (some we use: Slack, Shopify, Pipedrive, Klavyo…).
  • Entrepreneurial - you are curious, value execution, and have a big vision that can naturally bring people around you.
  • Project management - there are a lot of moving parts and we’re looking for someone comfortable operating in autonomy.
  • Interest in wellness - you have a holistic approach to health and curiosity for traditional plants (cannabis, psychedelics...).
