About the role

Harmony is looking for an Email Marketing Manager to plan and develop our B2C and B2B email marketing strategy. We are very selective and looking for experts in this field. A native level of French and a professional level of English are required for this role. This is a freelance position (5 to 10 hours/week to start with).

What you’ll do

  • Manage and build an overall email marketing strategy
  • Create various email lists and campaigns
  • Create and design various CTAs and email templates
  • Optimise engagement and deliverability
  • Test the success of every campaign
  • Determine email marketing KPIs
  • Develop and present weekly reports
  • Develop a lead generation strategy

About you

  • 5+ years of experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, copyrighting and marketing automation
  • Ambition to achieve your objectives at the highest level of execution
  • Continuous learning to acquire new knowledge and develop your skillset
  • Knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
  • Interest in wellness, you have a holistic approach to health and curiosity for traditional plants (cannabis, psychedelics...)
